Swim Overview

At Abbott Run Valley Club we have two swimming pools, both of which are open daily for use by waders and swimmers. The main pool is a six-lane 25-yard pool with an adjacent deep-water area used for diving from the 1-meter springboard. Additionally, a water slide is located in this area.

Club members under 18 years of age must pass a swimming test prior to being permitted to enter the deep end of the main pool beyond the floating divider. Successfully completing the swimming test will also permit the use of the diving board and water slide.

Abbott Run Valley Club offers a zero-entry toddler pool that is available for babies and children through age 5. Parents must stay with their children in the kiddie pool area at all times. Children must wear a disposable and reusable swim diaper when using the pools at the Club.

    • Swim – 11 & older: 8:15-9:15 am
    • Swim – 10 & under: 9:15-10 am
    • Dive – 11 & older: 9:15-10
    • Dive – 10 & under: 10-10:30

Swim Lessons

Swim lessons are offered in 3 week mini sessions on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday mornings.  Times are based on availability.  Please reach out to manager@abbottrun.org to register for private, or small group lessons.
